PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION POLICY
This deposit of $1800 per person secures your seat(s) in the above salon session. All deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of a scheduling conflict, if notified at least two months in advance, your deposit can be applied towards a future session. 
The balance is due 60 days prior to the start of your session and can be settled via the link you will receive at that time.

DIETARY POLICY
We are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements and intolerances. As a culinary focused experience centered on Japanese cuisine, we can't accommodate vegans or vegetarians as fish is an integral ingredient in the food here.
If you are an adventurous eater and would like to join us but have a life threatening allergy to a specific ingredient, please inquire in advance to see if we can accommodate you.
